Exceptional experience! Sherry the customer service consultant…
Sherry the customer service consultant was exceptional! Very knowledgeable, kind, patient and friendly! Provided all the information I needed and was not trying to “sell” me on upgrades, only provided me the options and let me decide depending on my needs. Great experience and looking forward to getting the device and having piece of mind for my mother.

Great sales experience
Salesman was extremely nice and courteous. Explained everything without rushing through. Did not push process through just to make a sale.

Medical Alert Equipment
Frankie did a very good job explaining how Mom's insurance would work toward a medical alert system. We are anxiously awaiting for the equipment to arrive so she can get set up and we can breathe a little easier.
