Maria was very professional and provided all the information I asked for. She called me back several times as I was selecting the best device for my father’s needs and needed to communicate with him. She was actually what swayed me to choose Lifestation vs another company I was considering.

Justin was extremely patient and kind…
Justin was extremely patient and kind answering my numerous questions about the Life Station device for home use. I was unfamiliar with a lock box and how it worked. He went to great lengths to help me finally understand the process. Justin is a great representative for your corporation. He was polite, friendly, relatable and remained professional throughout our conversation. Quite a feat! Justin should not only receive a raise but also accolades from your corporation. Thank you!

Sherry was GREAT!
Sherry was clear, concise and kind. She answered all my questions (there were many!) with the patience of a saint! She spoke with clear knowledge and if she did not know a detail she immediately sought the answer. It could not have been a more positive experience. At the conclusion I felt confident with my choice. She was truly a wonderful “ally” at a difficult time.

GPS & Swimming pool
The alert has GPS and can be worn in the swimming pool, which are both important to me.

We do want to clarify that while the device is water-resistant and can safely be worn in the shower or in the rain, it should not be submerged in water or worn while swimming. We do apologize for any misunderstandings.
