Purchase experience left me wondering if I made the right decision
After purchasing the system through the agent on the phone, I did not receive a receipt or invoice showing payment. I also learned that the service start date was the date of purchase not the date of install. As I am in Hawaii the shipping was nearly 3 weeks and so the free month was not useful. My original review was two stars, however I got a response from customer support within a day and they were very concerned about my apprehension about the purchase and the shipping time to Hawaii. They refunded a month to compensate and emailed a complete invoice to me. I hope they review their invoicing and billing start date policy for future purchasers. I also think that they should encourage their phone sales team to not be so aggressive about closing the deal on the phone.
