I spoke with Maria. She was lovely . She put me at ease. Seems like a very simple device to use. She did not confuse me with a bunch of figures

Im happy.
Having a carring per help me understand what I was going get. Then she asked questioning how I could save money to get started. All in all a verry easy with everything I needed.

Your agent was knowledgeable and helpful in helping me decide the equipment most appropriate for me. She also explained the pricing of the equipment which would provide me the best outcome in an emergency.

Justin provided excellent customer…
Justin provided excellent customer service while ordering my mother’s call device. He was polite, easy to understand, and very helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered. His thoroughness and patience made the process smooth and reassuring.
