My parents use this, they are 91 and 96 and it has been a helpful unit for them. Sometimes my dad accidentally hits his button and someone comes on the phone unit and ask if he is OK and he replies yes. They had to use it one time and life station called the ambulance for my mother to help her. It was very helpful and for our family because we could not be there as quick as the ambulance. I appreciate all that Life Station does and feel this unit has been great for my elderly parents.

I have had no issues and luckily we haven't had to fully utilized the services. My mom hasn't fallen.

I know that if I DO fall down and need help, all I have to do is push the button on my dangle that I always wear and help will be on its way.

Can take an inordinate amount of time to receive a response after button is pushed. Does not have the advertised voice distance coverage, especially if person has a quiet voice. After signing my mother up with this company, I now receive on average 30 related spam emails DAILY soliciting everything from adult diapers, to nursing homes, life insurance, funeral and cremation services.

My father has fallen 3 times now and this has helped each time. The service is quick and very helpful. The service is excellent.

My cousins and I purchased one year of service for our 90 year old uncle who lives independently at home. Although he has not needed the service yet, we feel a certain sense of relief that he has LifeStation handy. There was no pressure from the sales rep when we were searching for just the right unit at the right price. We have confidence in this system and will continue with the service. My uncle has said he feels more secure knowing he can get help if he needs it.

Most of the time Life station answers my test calls. Twice they have not until I called them on the phone.

I make sure to keep my LifeStation button either around my neck or beside me in bed or in the bathtub. I live alone, so it's important to me to have this assurance that help would be on the way if I should have to press this button for help. The LifeStation people have been very kind and helpful whenever I've tested the unit to make sure I'm still connected. I feel much safer now that I have LifeStation.
