The Lem F.
It Worked
The portable panic button was pushed accidentally as we all left the house, but we know the system/process works because the neighbor called when she saw the fire department trying to get into the house. She had seen us leave so she was able to intervene, but if it hadn’t been an accident and happened while my mother was alone the outcome would have been very different. What I don’t know is why none of the people on the notification list were called, but in a real emergency I’m inclined to think it was better they called and when they couldn’t reach her at home they automatically dispatched someone.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review Lem Family! I would recommend calling our customer line to check your account information in order to make sure that the process is clear on who to call when a button is pressed. Also, if you are concerned that the fire department may break down a door trying to get to your mother, you way want to consider getting a lock box to avoid any potential damages to your door. Our customer service team can help you with this as well if you are interested.
