I do feel comfortable with Life station, and secure that they are available and compassionate if I need help. The only thing I noticed, is when I do the monthly test, that it sometimes takes a little longer than usual to answer, which was a concern. Otherwise, I feel they give great treatment. Thanks

It works great.

I acquired this system for my Mother approximately two years ago. She is confined to a wheel chair, lives alone, and is 94 years old. My siblings and I were afraid she would fall and be unable to get up on her own. She did fall once and the Life Station representative called my brother, who lives a mile away, and he and his wife went to her and helped her get up. The only other use we've had is when we test the unit and the representatives have always been cordial and under-standing.

I had no problems. They delivered what they had promised.

I provided my elderly mother with this and it worked very well for her. The service was great and even when she accidentally set it if was always treated kindly. The fall detection worked for her to get the help she needed. I would recommend this service.

I have felt so much better having the Lifestation in case I fall. It has given confidence in being alone.
