The only thing we find disturbing is…
The only thing we find disturbing is that Fred has fallen several times without the alarm alerting you. When you have responded it is when we push the button. I am glad we have the system. I just feel safer knowing that when Fred gets in trouble you are just a call away--no matter where we are.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review Virginia! If you have the fall detection actiavted on your device, and it did not properly go off when a fall occurred, that is something that we should look into to make sure it is functioning properly. If you do not have the fall detection activated, than only by pushing the button will you be able to speak to our monitoring specialists. I will look into the situation to make sure that our fall detection option is still working as intended.

Speed up response time
I like your product. Thank God that we haven't had to use it yet, but it gives me a good piece of mind when I am at work that my Wife can use it. The one MAJOR problem is: When she does the test every month, it really stresses her out how long it actually takes for someone to come on the air and respond. I have been here for a few of them and I really have to agree. When you need help, you want help now and sometime is has been what seems like forever, probably about 30 seconds to a minute before an actual voice comes across. If there was a way to speed up your response time, I am sure that you would get more customers and a better review from people. Also, it seems that in the first few years you would send us out a new neckless and I don't remember if that has happened. Are you still monitoring the battery for us?

A response will not always be immediate, but a minute is absolutely too long to wait and so we will look into the response times for your device to make sure that is up to our standard. As far as the battery is concerned, unless your device is showing that there is a battery issue nothing should need to be replaced. We do not actively monitor battery life, but the device itself does that so there should hopefully not be a problem.

We appreciate the many levels of…
We appreciate the many levels of notification we receive when a signal is transmitted from the patient. And the notification that goes out to the first responders is equally efficient.

Very Happy with This System
I am very happy with this system. My previous system only worked in the house. I like this system better because it can be used to signal for help from anywhere. Since I have balance issues this is a very good system for me. I have recommended it to some of my friends.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately the technology in the charger is rather complex and we are unable to replace it without payment. For this reason any replacement chargers will be billed to the customer, but because it is a rather stationary device, we expect this to be a very rare situation.

They are very good
They are very good, they always stayed on the phone till I got to my Mom's house. ( she couldn't hear them but they were there) The only problem we had was the machine yelling Emergency!! she could't hear that , so she didn't know how long wait to start talking, Reasonable price, compared to other companies..

Thank you for taking the time to write a review Lynette! When the device activates, in addition to saying Emergency, it should be flashing as well. If your Mother is having trouble seeing that, or is not sure exactly what it looks like when there is an emergency, i would recommend calling our customer service line so they can walk you through what it would look like during an emergency situation.
