On several occasions, LifeStation has alerted us to an emergency with our elderly relative and we were able to respond quickly to resolve the situation. I routinely test the system to ensure it is operating properly and am always impressed with the quick response by knowledgeable, caring dispatchers! I recommend this very affordable service which provides immense peace-of-mind to us knowing that someone is "there" when our loved one needs help!

Your service was fine with my land phone. I had no cell phone. After my phone service went out for two days the third time, I realized that your service could not keep me in contact as I needed. I moved to Jitterbug 5star.

Lifestation has been a very good purchase for our family. Our mother has gotten used to wearing the necklace and is comfortable with it. It give our family peace of mind knowing that if something were to happen she could get assistance she needs. One of the more important selling points of their product is the operators that assist you are very well trained and aren’t people who have strong foreign accents. It makes it easier for my mother to communicate with them.

LifeStation has worked wonderfully for me. I needed easy access to medical help at any time, so I decided to get the wristband (comfy) and I have been happy with the results over the past two years. I have used the service multiple times, and it always works in a timely manner - and actually, faster than calling 911 myself. There was one situation where I pressed the button and someone else present told the operator to cancel the call, so they did, but I actually needed help. After that, I called and set up a personalized plan of action, so if that were to happen again, two additional people would be contacted by LifeStation to help assess the situation. I highly recommend this service!!
