We've had the system since 2016 nd have only had to use it once and I must say having the lock box outside the door and the fire department having access to it made the experience of needing an ambulance and ER visit less traumatic. This system is great and I would advise anyone to have it installed in their home for their loved ones.

I think the service and the security Life Station offers is important but I just can’t get my mom to wear her necklace consistently.

They responded several times when the button was accidentally pushed, so I know it is well monitored. But a waterproof button would be nice.

It seems it takes longer to get a response when accessing LifeStation. Otherwise, no problems.

Good people to work with, prompt customer service, and generally realiable equipment. Fall detection function always performed with monthly test but not always during actual fall.
