Work better together!!
Talked to a salesman on February 3,2025. Never received a confirmation email! They took out my 3 month payment, but I never heard anything from the company! I called 4 days later & was told my order had been cancelled!! Reminded them they took my payment! Then 3days after that I get a confirmation email!! Get with it people!! No wonder you get bad ratings!!

Safety for me at home.
This is my first time in selecting a medical alert system. Since I am getting older and live alone, I thought it would be a good idea to have support if I did have an accident in my home.
