I like the counselor. I was paired with someone who has had similar trauma and experience to my own and so I know she truly understands. She is local and her disposition is very suited to me.

I’ve been working with Roger for at least 6 months and he’s been very helpful. He’s knowledgeable, calm and patient. I’ve had some billing confusion but they have always been willing to correct things.

I have had a great experience, highly recommend.

Loretta Torres is a fantastic provider. She takes the time to truly listen to her patients and provides excellent feedback. I’ve been extremely pleased under her care.

My therapist and psychiatrist are both amazing. The cancellation policy of 48 business hours is impractical and frustrating, especially given that many mental health patients have difficulty with time planning and double booking. I also don’t love that I have to see my psychiatrist 1x a month if I’m stable and not in need of any medicinal changes just to maintain established. It’s too expensive to go each month, even with health insurance. If I could rate this based on Dr Gallardo and Maggie Davis alone, it would be five stars across the board, but lifestance’s policies prevent me from doing so because of the financial difficulty they impose upon their patients with their frequency requirements and steep/impractical cancellation policies.
