More interested in dollars then helping ones mental health
I was running late cause of physical therapy i called to let them know i need to reschedule or i would be 10 minutes late immediately im met with 100 hundred dollar cancellation fee not will see you in 10 minutes or switch to Telehealth instead of arguing i just declined and said ill seek treatment else where

Horrible service
Horrible service, they refuse to allow me to pay my bill. And won’t submit consent forms, also jack up my bill with unknown charges and won’t tell me what they are. Called 5+ times with no new information

Getting more done
My experience have been very pleasant. I feel a lot more patient and focus. I have been able to take care of My daily chores and responsibility more efficiently.

Great visit
From finding an appointment that worked with my schedule. The check in process was very quick and easy. I felt great comfort wish Miss Firman and was able to express myself. She took the time to explain the best route and I look forward to working with her.

Outstanding services
I have my therapy and psychiatry needs met with Lifestance. Their website to set up appointments is amazing, providers get back to you quickly, and I love the options of virtual and in-person. The providers that I see are phenomenal, and honestly the best mental health providers that I have ever had.
