I'm thrilled with my experience at LifeStance and the exceptional care my therapist, Zah-weber, provided. Zah-weber is incredibly skilled at asking thoughtful questions and possesses outstanding listening skills. I couldn't be happier with her support and guidance in my therapy sessions!

I think life stance is great. They diagnose my condition and doctor herman is always there to listen I don't know about billing practices I haven't had any problems with them yet

I scheduled my first appointment and had received email confirmation. A representative called me the following day to confirm the online form I completed and requested my debit card. I am insured and they accept my insurance, but I was told if I did not provide my debit card and give authorization for charges I would not receive care and they would cancel my appointment. I asked for the amount they would charge and for the billing schedule and I was told they could not give me that information. They cancelled my appointment.

Horrible place. Abruptly terminated services with my child when reminded that she has secondary insurance of Medicaid despite the fact that their website doesn’t say that and the billing specialist took all of our information including the Medicaid info during intake with no problems. Then they Claimed that psychiatrist would give a 90 day bridge script to give us time to find a new provider. Had to call back 6 times and never got the script and she was not able to have a final appt . After I posted the above review they sent a generic response as me to email them more info at the “we cares” email address. That was over 24 hours ago and no reply. Now my daughter will have to go without her medication for a few days before she can see her PCP. Terrible patient care- do not recommend this dump!

Overall great experience, no long wait time. Doctor Trinh was awesome and spent over an hour and a half talking with me about my concerns(never had doctor do that). Messaged him after hours with question on the medication and called me early the next morning. Great response time, super staff. Thanks team

I have been so happy with LifeStance and my therapist there. LifeStance is easy to work with and my therapist is amazing.... she listens, gives feedback and is a joy to be around. Highly recommended!

I can not speak for all of Life Stance Health, but Sarah Evans is absolutely amazing. She has helped me through some really difficult issues and I can finally say I emotionally love myself. On the same hand my husband has had to change his therapist. His first therapist was not helping our current, very pressing, issues. They wanted to start at the beginning of his life story and work up to now. With in about 3-4 visits he was down to 1 visit every other week and then quickly was down to once a month. I understand each therapist work’s differently but we were on the verge of divorce so the right now issues needed to be addressed.

The doctor I have is amazing. She listened to me very closely from day one and I just wanted to meet her and see if it could be a future fit. We'll I needed help with some severe anxiety issues and other things and she really actually listened to me and what's to help me. I'm very grateful I got to meet with her and now call her my doctor.
