Lost 200.00 on a new customer signup. They took my money and never sent medicine. Then found c out shipping weakest formula and spending 6 months getting back to prescription strength I had before.

My experience started off great, but drastically took a left turn after I received my first dose of Wegovy. Hard to get straight answers from the chat and hard to get a response in 24 hours or less. They tell me to get labs done then a representative tells me i dont need them, and doesn't follow up with further questions that i asked. It kinda feels like, once they get your $ they've accomplished their mission. They don't do a thorough background check of medical records. I know, because I am a retired military vet and they don't have access to my records. Typical large corporation thats out for the money instead of actually helping the customer.

This place is all about money it doesn't care about patients it send me the injection and one the needle didn't even puncture the skin, an elite. All the fluid on my leg didn't even wanna me. Refund me, they kept giving me the runaround to call the pharmacy back and forth and the first injection that I ever got from them. I don't think there was any even nothing inside of there. Don't waste your money

Wife MD stole over $400 out of my account. I had to close my account now and open a new one with the bank I never even talk to anyone or prescribed anything. So so I ask everyone to check their accounts to make sure they’re not pulling out money that they should not be. They are a scam all about the money!!

Pros- I got the meds shipped pretty quick. Reasonable cost for GLP-1 App moderately easy to navigate Cons- TERRIBLE response time from their customer service departments via the app and their “customer service” email they list on the app if you need help. Emailed on 8/6/2026 a question- haven’t heard a word back and it’s the 13th. According to their app “please allow up to 24 hours for response” I messaged two different ways on the app on 8/10/2026- one on front desk section and one on care team section Haven’t heard a word back at ALL!!! They sure took my money quickly All I was trying to find out was the tracking number for my shipment because they sent me a message saying my shipment had shipped and gave me a USPS tracking number but the number wouldn’t work to track. Package showed up via Fed EX. Company seems poorly run! Do better Life MD Here Life MD let me copy and paste your response for you. Since you truly aren’t going to try and improve anything that comes from these complaints.
