Predatory billing practices. Unable to cancel ALL upcoming subscription costs through the app. Very frustrating, especially after dealing with a dr. that only responded to try and sell me something, but wouldn't actually answer my question. In order to cancel, I had to access my account via desktop (or stay on hold for an hour on average) in order to completely cancel all upcoming charges. What if I didn't have access to a computer? Why make it impossible through the app? It's set up into two separate billings and I was only able to cancel one through the app. The button to cancel did nothing. Not surprising after the terrible communication with the provider. No follow through after the paid appointment. Clearly, they want people to pay $80 every time we have a question. Nope! Midi Health is so much better!!!

This was a terrible experience, avoid!! They failed to place an order so I was out of the pills for two weeks and it took 3 phone calls to get something done. Their pricing is crazy and, I found it to be, hidden and confusing. I signed up believing it was $149 a month, didn’t know that didn’t include the pills or that when you get to a dosage that actually works it is $300 a month for the pills plus a $149 for their service totaling $449. I feel deceived and conned. Highly suggest reading everything because there are many confusing charges. Also, if you have to contact them by phone the wait times are ridiculous. my suggestion: Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!

I could not keep my appointment due to death in family and this company was very uncaring and would not refund my money 😒. If a company doesn't care about your loss then they surely don't give af about you, JUST GETTING MONEY.
