Do NOT sign up unless you completely understand there's hidden membership charges! I subscribed for the sleep medication didn't like it and I tried several times to go to my patient portal to cancel my membership and there is no tab for it! So customer service gave me a number to call and it was there so called billing company RexMd and the agent confirmed nope you dont have an option to cancel amd they charged me $360.00 for one measly bottle of sleep drugs!! He basically said too bad no refund is going to happen. I am so angry and disappointed you've been warned.

Cannot cancel. They charge my card without providing anything. Because of a $297 charge a month after zero contact and various emails telling them to stop my enrollment, I had to change my bank account. There is no way to cancel this once you start into it. Stay away

Life MD’s service subscription terms were unclear. It was not clear that the medication was charged separately from a $100/month service you have to purchase to get access to the medication, I was supposed to receive a live screening before any medication was prescribed. No screening ever took place. The medication was prescribed and shipped anyway. It was shipped to my honeymoon rather than to a pharmacy in spite of my being informed it would going to a pharmacy…that’s illegal in my state. When I called, then e-mailed. No one ever wrote back or answered. I then cancelled my $100/month service she asked for my money back. Three e-mails over a week were never replied to. It’s like there’s no one behind the wheel. Post script: Life MD has now responded to my Trustpilot review, but still have not responded to my original e-mail inquiry nor my follow up inquiry. Why is it so common now for companies to respond to reviews far more quickly that they do direct customer service inquiries?

LifeMD has a shady way of advertising and when I talked to the doctor, she said that there are continued issue with how LifeMD advertises their program/medication cost. Currently I have asked to cancel with them and requested a refund of the $39 program fee. If they would just advertise honestly and truly present what you get and the cost in a way that is no underhanded. If they had advertising honestly without misleading marketing then I would be ok with staying, but looking back at emails and their website they are misleading. Even when you cancel there is reason "I thought medication was included." Do better.

Before I was even able to really begin my journey, I was hit with a major problem. After telling me the financial cost would be a monthly fee plus the cost of the medication, they tried charging my credit card for $888.00 dollars. This was supposed to be the monthly cost for the whole year!! And instead of charging me the $19.00 per month fee, they increased the fee to $74.00 per month!! That’s called bait and switch!!!

Even after confirming my cancellation on Jan 7th, 2026, LifeMD has been draining money from my checking account for the last six months! I’ve emailed, texted, and called with zero response. Terrible customer service and complete thieves to boot. Avoid this company!
