Dr’s and NP’s were wonderful. Did not like the desk staff
I wasn’t very happy with the desk staff. The response times when I asked a question or stated an update in the portal were horrible. Sometimes I may have someone call ahead of an appointment to get my chart info. But the team of Doctors and Nurse Practitioners I talked to were wonderful and amazing especially Dr. Culpepper. He seemed genuinely interested in not just my medical focal points but of my overall wellbeing and happiness. I didn’t feel like I was just another patient that he had to process.
