Very disappointed in my experience! My first appt was with Corky. She arrived 40min late to my appt and apologized, complaining how long the patient before me took asking so many questions. That made me feel like I couldn’t ask very many questions. Plus, whatever screen she was using in the background was annoying because half the time she would go off part of the screen while I’m trying to talk to her. My next appointment, I tried to go with a different doctor and went with Dr. Culpepper. He arrived just a bit late, but also complaining about the person in front of me having too many questions. Then, he immediately went into just telling me about the medications and asking me which one I wanted, rather than acting like I was an actual person. Didn’t ask anything about me. Totally felt like a sales call. Then after 10 to 15 minutes he abruptly said that he had to go. Said he realized that we had started a little bit late, but he had another appointment to go to, and he would try to call me back within the next 24 hours. Seriously? That is so unprofessional! I gave up on this company to have the first provider 40 minutes late and the second provider abruptly get off after 10 to 15 minutes, when I had waited for both of these appointments for a week or two. No thanks.

Company falsely portrayed the value of the subscription in a way that makes it seem medication is included when buy 6 month subscription, but it's not, I'm not quite sure what you're paying for then with the $400 initial charge.
