Medication not included
Was under the impression that meditation was included in the 387.00 that I paid today. The wording used is very deceptive and I fell for it. Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. It’s only been a few hours since I paid so I would like a full refund so I can apply elsewhere especially when I can’t even see a provider for 2+ weeks. Update: I do appreciate a response but I have to correct a few things, not once was it mentioned that the meds weren’t included and I’m not the only one who fell for this. There are numerous reviews that state the same as me and if more than one person is claiming it then maybe you should review the ads that are switch and baiting customers. I had my husband go through all the same steps (except for paying)and not once did it mention on any page that the meds weren’t included. So someone should really look into that.

It was mentioned several times during the sign-up process, before submitting your payment, that the cost of medication was not included in the membership cost. We make sure to state this on the website as well to be transparent with our clients; we do understand that sometimes details such as these can often get overlooked, and we are sorry to hear that this may have been the case.
