I have sleep issues
I have sleep issues. I approached LifeMD answered handful of questions, paid $270 and received pills to help with sleep. I took the pills for two days and effect was the opposite I hardly got any sleep during. I communicated that to my assigned Dr with response. So I stopped the meds on my own. The only response I got was not to explain my options yet to explain how I am out my money and out of luck on this one.. this is not a medical organization this is a scam.

I joined life MD in January 2024
I joined life MD in January 2024, I have yet to receive a Prescriptions for my weight loss. They take up to 7 days to reply to any messages. It's a different person every time. They charged me for services unrenderd. It is now the end of March and I'm still getting the run around. Needless to say I canceled my membership and do not recommend this service. Go through your actual doctor.

Deceptive practices-compliance violations
I just joined today and I was under the impression the medication was covered. I paid almost $300 for a three month subscription and after it took my credit card, it says I cannot even get an appointment for 3 weeks. Why would I pay for a service I am not receiving and I will not even receive medication because I indicated in the initial questionnaire that I do not have insurance that will cover it, so would I pay for someone to negotiate insurance coverage for me that I dont even have? Very misleading and deceptive to the customer. I expect a full refund, or I will dispute with the credit card company. I also work for a business credit reporting agency as well and looked up the company after I saw all these negative reviews and your company has a very bad score. Please issue a refund or a complaint will be lodged with the BBB as well as with my company.

Although you indicated that you do not have insurance, we do not require clients to have insurance in order to receive medications. In the event that your insurance does not cover you, you do not have insurance, or your co-pay is too high, don’t worry. We have partnered with one of the largest U.S. licensed compounding pharmacies, which can get you started with compounded GLP-1 medication starting at $99 a month. This is nearly ten times cheaper than branded GLP-1 medications without insurance coverage, such as Wegovy or Zepbound.
