It is mentioned a few times during the sign-up process, before submitting your payment, that the cost of medication was not included in the membership cost. We make sure to state this on the website as well to be transparent with our clients; we do understand that sometimes details such as these can often get overlooked, and we are sorry to hear that this may have been the case.
