4 stars only because I haven’t started the treatment plan yet, but my experience so far has been very positive. Staci was extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable moving forward. At first I thought the call was spam, but I’m glad I answered!

I have been working with Life MD for 2 months. I have lost 10 lbs. I must say, anytime I have needed support or any question I have asked, has been met with a quick and friendly response. And knowledgeable responses! I find my Care Team to be very available and ready to assist me with anything! Billing, support, dosages, virtual visits and check ups! I couldn't be happier! Everyone has been very professional! I made a great choice on my journey to lose weight! Gives stars to my Care Team!

My experience was great because my PN was very knowledgeable about each medication in both the pill and injection forms. Great bedside manner on my Zoom Call.

I am very disappointed, signed up , next thing I know, my bank account ; money taking out 2 times for medicine and membership , was more then advertised,I call on hold 5 times left my number no phone call , try online sign in was impossible; I did receive meds on time was good only good but, lost money, I will never go on line medication again to lose weight.

Just had my first phone call with them, with Samantha. It was short and sweet, and covered what needed to be covered. She was professional and pleasant. So far, my contact with LifeMD has been positive. I've lost weight (still lot more to go) and feel good.

Stephanie was wonderful very patient and had a lot of knowledge.

They always respond in a timely fashion to my questions. They give a lot of options to help with my health questions.
