Horrible communication and impossible…
Horrible communication and impossible to speak someone or get a response to your email. I was billed for a paused account, TWICE and have been unable to reach anyone to resolve the issue. No responses to my emails and you are on hold forever.

The person was talking with helped me with everything from signing in to setting my appointment as well as explaining the program. This person was very understanding and patient when I had questions or concerns . Very pleasurable experience.

Hard to communicate
Hard to communicate - no true guidance - app does not update w current delivery information- they just want your money they are not actually invested in your health .
