I am unable to reach anyone and my account continues to be charged. I can't get my prescription refilled because I keep getting the AI assistant. Everything I try to reach the website, my security block the website saying that it is unsafe.

I went through their questionaire until I got to the price and then opted not to buy their product. I did not qualify for the product I was interested in and they offered me another, but I never accepted the offer. A month later I noticed $150 charge on my account and then I look back and see they charged me $75 the day I filled out the questionaire. This was about GLP-1. I never had any sort of conversation, or even text exchange with a doctor and I have never recieved anything from them. On their website it says I have no prescriptions and that I haven't finished setting up my account. Do not give your information to these people. Do not fill out their questionaire. Get your meds elsewhere.

Chelsea Ann made me come here because of her outstanding customer service skills. She completely erased an awful experience i had with her co'worker. Chelsea Ann listened to understand my frustrations before replying. She apologized, then went beyond to address my concerns. I was moved by her empathy and compassion to assist me swiftly. She is indeed a keeper for the company. I had to jokingly tell her to coach whoever" i spoke to earlier 😂 because that person needs to learn from Chelsea Ann what customer service truly is. Thank you again Chelsea you made my day🙏
