They are deceitful in disclosing their fees for the medication and monthly services. They implied when I signed up that there was a promotional fee to join of $75.00 plus the cost of the medication. What they failed to mention is that $75.00 is a continual monthly cost in addition to the medication. While LifeMD has decided that they need additional clarity in disclosing their fees, bottom line is they still overcharged me and at this point should refund the entire $150.00

In the past month I have been billed $800 for a $149 offer. Their customer service is non responsive. They play with the billing so much I'm sure v I'm not the only one with billing issues. Even worse is that after numerous texts and emails they refuse to let me talk to someone.

I was upset that my plan was changed. I have no clue how it happened, because I did not do it. But when I called about a charge of over $300.00 was taken from my account, I was "given" to a real person, Nayi F. She calmly listened to me, and allowed me to talk instead of trying to "bully" me or steering me in another direction. She immediately put things back like they should have been. I've already seen the money (pending) in my account. So I know absolutely it is returned without hassle. She canceled the appointment for me that I was told to make, but didn't need. Any time I've had an issue about anything, it has been resolved very quickly and the nicest and sweetest people, like Nayi F have acted like I was a priority to them. To me, this says more about a company than anything...making me feel like I'm valuable and important to them. She was very helpful.

I called Life MD customer Support to verify that my upcoming order was billed correctly and being processed. The customer service representative by the name of Kim is amazing. Kim verified my identity and then proceeded to verify billing and processing. She was so kind and understanding. She did everything so well and I suggest that her fellow Customer Service representatives take note of her superb customer service. I hope I get to work with you in the future and Customer Service gets a 10 out of 10

No option to cancel prescription online. Only option to cancel is a hotline. This is ridiculous given that prescriptions are filled via online intake. Seems scam like to rope you into a conversation with someone that will press on "special offers" to not cancel. Fix this. You intake online and cancellation should be the same. I'm not taking time out of my day to dial and chat.
