LifeMDReviews of lifemd.com

So glad there are people who still take pride in a great job done. I received such great personal service from chultzy as I was listened to and guided to a solution in issues I had caused. Chultzy is the meaning of customer service with a smile. I hope in the future she is the only person who answers the phone because I feel without a doubt I will be guided in the right direction of service. Give that woman a raise. Thanks again chultzy.

Rebecca was very informative and explained everything to me if I didn't get it the first time. She was also very comforting and polite and answered all my questions regarding payments and appointments. She’s 10 out of 10!!

Great customer service and Gave me great advice ! Excited for this weight loss !

Staci was excellent in explaining and navigating me through the site details.

Chultzy was kind and supportive of me as I defined my goal which was to arrange an appointment with Dr. Doug Lucas. She called me back with the information I needed and took extra measures to resolve a technology glitch. Great customer service!!

I am updating my review… because after it being published, they texted me and apologized for the inconvenience and are refunding my $200. Beware that they do not return your $ if you cancel I contacted this co. based on the reviews I saw of them online. I spoke to a woman about starting their GLP1 program. They informed me of the monthly cost. $200 per month for a month's prescription of the medication. They did NOT inform me at that time that if you have to cancel when you've spoken to the Nurse Practitioner about starting this and they determine you have health conflicts, and they won't start the prescription that their recomendation to cancel your account - for them means they will keep that $200 they billed you (For Medication) and not return it, and not provide you with anything for that money. THIS is their CO. policy. They unapologetically shared that with me today. So I will share that with the public so others don't get burned by this CO like I just did.

Ruslan was very knowledgeable regarding product I was interested in. Answered all my questions, was honest, very professional and kind. Was very leary about purchasing this weight loss item, but right from the start Ruslan put me at ease, I'm so excited about starting. In this day and age it's so refreshing to talk to someone who puts their heart into their job! Thank you Ruslan!
