Complete waste of time. I have an ear infection, and thought it would be easy to get a prescription. Instead, I got the notification to go into the "waiting room" for a health care provider and waited for more than an hour before giving up. I also received a text with follow up questions after completing my intake form, and got no response after answering them. I finally gave up and had a prescription from another provider within 15 minutes. I wouldn't necessarily mind waiting, but the lack of communication was ridiculous.
