LifeMD is convenient and comforting. I like talking to the NP from the privacy of my home and get professional care at the same time. It's like talking to a caring, knowledgeable friend. The LifeMD app is easy to use and Messages are responded to quickly. I have told family and friends about how great my experiences with LifeMD have been and recommend to everyone.

I decided to give this group a chance and I went through the process of meeting with the nurse. You do not talk to a doctor, finish that paid my hundreds of dollars for the medication waited for it to arrive. Received an email today saying that it had been delivered, but was given I’ve faulty FedEx tracking number that doesn’t exist then called the company. Nobody answers so I’m out hundreds of dollars I have no idea where the medication is and I will have to put a block on my credit card so that no more charges are made to this. I thought I had done my research well and thought that I was going with someone that I could rely on and apparently I’m telling you just go to your doctor’s office go to your doctor’s office to a reliable source because from all the research that I’ve done apparently there aren’t any that you can rely on that send directly to your home. I’m really upset that I’ve thrown away hundreds of dollars and wasted three weeks of my time that I could’ve been on a medication diet.

They cancel appointments while you are sitting in the virtual waiting room. Then they rescheduled me for the following week without notice. This is causing me to miss 3 weeks of medication. They are impossible to reach by phone. I waited over 30 minutes and NOTHING. They do not respond to emails about care or anything else.
