Trting to get a refill on prescriptions Tried contacting them for 3 days. No replies to my messages. When I called the lady that answered immediately said I had a bad connection and hung up.

I definitely would not use these people you sign up they take your money and then they take forever to process your information and get set up with a doctor appointment. Close to a week. And then in their fine print, it says you only have a seven day grace period to cancel and once it’s over that grace period if you cancel, they try to keep half of your money. So it’s a scheme. It sounds to me because they go radio silent after you sign up and then when you get frustrated with them and you don’t want to use them because their customer service is horrible you can’t get a hold of anyone they take your money anyway. I called the number. I was on hold for over 30 minutes then they pretty much say is this the number you want us to call you back on that hangs up and no one ever calls you back you send messages in the portal. It takes several days for someone to get back to you and by that time you’ve missed your grace. Period and you’re out money I would never ever refer this company even to my worst enemy.

I believe her name was Stephanie, (cant be sure), but she did a great job in relaying information and was very patient with me. She did a great job of signing me up.

I can’t rate the Program yet, but I’d like to tell you about my experience with Katherine in your Sales Dept. She was knowledgeable, kind& caring, helped me make the right decisions for me, and most of all, she was very patient. I don’t know much about these injections and I’ll be paying myself without insurance coverage. I know she took extra time to help me and that’s what made me decide to go with LifeMD.

Signing up was so easy, my first appointment was great. Dr was on time and I got to choose what day and time (which was great when you can see a Dr on a Sunday) Life MD check's up on me to make sure I'm okay and not having any side effects. My meds came on time and was easy to track. I would say if you're thinking about the weight loss option go with Life MD you won't regret it!

Although the weight management services are ok, the customer service is something different, Many emails and calls were placed when they charged me for a three month supply of medication, however they failed to coordinate with my insurance company. I have no choice but to file a complaint with the better bussiness bureau. My advice is to stay away from this company.

Kinney was VERY helpful and so patient with me. He was a true gentleman guiding me through this process.
