LifeMD service and convenience is the best. I enjoy to ability to virtually discuss my weight loss program with a physician at any time. I have lost 45 pounds so far and everything is going great. Only complaint I have is the cost of the weight loss drugs, but that's the greedy pharmaceutical companies' fault.

Katherine K. was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very patient. She came across as trustworthy and took the time to help me feel confident in my decision.

I love visiting with my NP. She explains everything perfectly in terms I can understand. I had issues however getting responses from the care team however. Site someone would respond in 24 hours, took almost 5 days. Not impressive for sure.

Attentive to detail

I had a severe allergic reaction to the Weygovy pill and did not get any response from the medical team for over 72 hours. Then they told me to make an appointment but neither the portal or app would let me make an appointment – saying I already had an appointment scheduled, which I did not. I have actually never been able to get an actual appointment with a medical professional. I have called the 1-800 number and asked for a callback that I never received. This is unacceptable and even if the medicine worked for me I would not want to work with this company. I was able to cancel the Weygovy pill online but after filling out the form they informed me that I would continue to be billed $19/month for the LifeMD+ service which I do not want. There is no way to cancel that online. Wait times on the phone are over 2 hours and promised callbacks never happen.

I opted out and canceled my Life MD subscription. They then sent me a confirmation of my account being canceled and then turned around within 5 minutes and decided to renew my account and billed me a $19 membership renewal. When I phoned help line I couldn't speak to anyone and wasn't able to leave a message. Not a fair company or practice.

I was nervous and (Jessica) Staci answered my questions, repeated answers as often as necessary to make sure I understood, was so kind. She made sure I understood all costs and choices within the services offered and my specific needs. I really couldn't be happier with her service to me.

Terrible customer service. I've been trying to contact them for 4 days with no response through phone or e-mail. Waste of time and money.
