Horrible customer service Brittany supposed to be a supervisor is rude and only care about taking people money she can care less about appeasing the customer i placed an order and second guess if it was what I needed so I asked when will it be shipped i was told it had to go through doctor review first to see if I qualify then it could take up to 5 business days before it is shipped so I said cool I would like a refund since it hadn't been processed yet and she said they don't give refund and cancel my order so I waited and called back to another agent who seen they had cancel my order and didn't refund my money they was going to keep my money and not send me the prescription what a crook thankfully he seen what was taking place and refund my money when I called her back and asked her to send me the email to do a review on her she said she would send it and stop answering the phone because she know she treated me dirty so stay away from this company because this is the type of supervisor they have Horrible

Please do not use this company it is a scam. They charge you 149 for a subscription then 133 for medication. You can get prescription from doctor and go to Lilly direct for less. Then they don’t answer phone I called Jan. 30, I got a call back 2/4 then they say oh it to late to refund you even through I haven’t use the service since Oct.

LifeMD has no customer support, I have not been able to get ahold of lifemd, I have tried messaging on the app no response, calling they never answer I am now on hold for over 30 minutes, I tried scheduling an appointment it says none available, they just said they would call me back and hung up, on my previous attempt to get ahold them they said they would call me back they never did, I ordered online never talked to anyone and sent me wegovy pills that don't work.
