I was charged for glp meds and then was…
I was charged for glp meds and then was told I didn’t qualify. I have messaged 3 times now about either getting my meds or a refund and nobody has gotten back. Over 400$!!! This needs to be taken care of immediately So an update. Still nothing has been taken care of. They say something about I have an appt scheduled which I know nothing about because that has nothing to do with me making my glp purchase off their site but through the FSA store. I need to be contacted directly through email for documentation purposes. Like I said before, give me my meds or a refund or I will do a chargeback on my card!
