Ursula was amazing!! She answered all my questions and in detail. I was a bit confused and uncertain about starting the weight loss program but she made me feel so comfortable and secure with beginning my journey. Very professional and respectful.

I called LifeMD feeling uncertain about the current company that I have been working with for my weight loss medication. I spoke with Katherine at LifeMD and she made everything better and now I have officially switched to LifeMD for my medication thanks to Katherine’s professionalism and ensuring that she would be taken care of. The advertising is very deceptive
The advertising is very deceptive. They do NOT give you a full refund if unsatisfied. The prices are false. They tack on several other fees whether you opt for services or not. The med prices are for 1 month but you are locked in and then they double!!! I realized this right away and tried to unsubscribe. I ended up paying $150 for services never rendered and never ordered meds!

They are unreliable when it comes to promise of shipping a prescription!! It's absolutely horrible to try and call and follow up. The worst customer service I've experienced. There is 0% proactive follow up on your progress.
