Protection for my Mother
My mother fell and they immediately contacted her and sent an ambulance to take her to the hospital. I was very grateful for their quick response and I feel more comfortable that help available when she needs it.

very pleased with quick response after passing out in December.
I like the peace of mind I feel when I wear my wrist button at night. Response came within seconds after i pressed button from the call center and EMTs were at my house within a minutes to help me. Thanks to my son-in-law who researched several companies before we chose LifeFone.

Fantastic
My mom has accidentally set of the portable device and lifephone responded immediately and they were very kind. It gives me piece of mind knowing if it had been an emergency they were there instantly.

Excellent service!
Very reliable. Even when my mother haven't had any real emergency, it happened that her neck button was pressed by accident one time without noticing and she didn't respond their call to confirm through the beeper because she didnt hear it, then in just few minutes we had an emergency team at the place (not at home) looking for her. They didn't miss a minute to support in that 'emergency'. Makes me feel more confident that my mom will be assisted if she really needs to.

Courteous and professional
They are prompt, courteous and professional. When they are needed, they are there. Really takes the pressure off the rest of the family knowing my mom can get a hold of someone immediately in an emergency.

Perfect peace of mind.
I feel safe with the system I have. I love e that they follow up most they with a test to make sure all is well. MoNeyland well spent.
