Fall pendant is absolute junk. Response time is poor. Operators are not knowledgeable and don’t listen to what you tell them. I’m definitely looking to replace this company. Don’t waste your money on them

I had 2 defective devices . For 3 months I paid for monitoring that I did not receive. I fell, breaking 7 ribs, and when I pressed the button for help…nothing. Fortunately I was able to crawl to the sofa and reach my cell phone for help. I returned my pendant along with my extra charging device. No refund. Not even an apology. I would think they would want to see what went wrong …2 defective devices is not a coincidence. Somehow they made it seem like it was my fault as I did not test monthly…as recommended. I am 80 years old and need a reliable device. I would say to others, this is not a company who cares about the satisfaction of their clients.

Customer service is terrible! Cutting me off during conversation, rushing to get me off the phone. Responded to email with specific questions and got nothing more than marketing info back, no answers to my questions. I can NOT recommend this company to anyone. I would not feel comfortable to trust my mothers health in an emergency to poor service people.

I didn't have such a good experience with this company. By the time my order arrived, I'd changed my mind and called and cancelled. I took the unopened box to the UPS store and sent it back. I tracked it online and saw to the minute when it arrived at LifeFone on April 16. Two or three weeks went by, but I wasn't receiving a refund, so I called. That rep was cranky, but I figured she was just having a bad day. When she said I hadn't waited nearly long enough to be concerned, I tried to tell her they'd had my return for quite a while, but she wouldn't let me talk. She kept saying I just had to keep waiting. When a couple more weeks went by and still no refund, I called again and got the same rep. She was not only still cranky, but this time she also tried to lie me out of my refund. First she said I wasn't going to get a refund because I'd waited past the 30-day deadline. I said I'd returned my order the same day I got it. Then she lied again, saying they hadn't received it until May 16. I said they'd gotten it on April 16. She saw I was right but then came up with a new lie, saying I'd get only a partial refund since there was a certain part I had not returned. I said that was impossible since the box had gone straight from my porch to the UPS store unopened. She insisted my return was incomplete. I asked to speak to someone else. She snapped that anyone else would tell me the same thing. I asked to speak to someone else anyway. She transferred me to a supervisor, who told me I'd get a full refund, and a few days later, I did. I don't doubt this company makes great equipment and normally has good service, but unfortunately I had bad luck with customer service.

They still haven't fixed the one light that keeps blinking on my mother's unit.

The equipment did not work well. Had to replace once, and it takes too long to get a response from operator. I went to the 911 pager. Cheaper and more efficient. You press the button and instant response.

Fall detection is so sensitive you can hardly set it down on something soft and it goes off. If walking and bumps on your chest it goes off. the response call is very good, but wish they came up with a remote station that can be in two different rooms not just the one main station. returned the fall pendant and they still are charging me for it. another call to LifeFone for money back...

Very uncomfortable to wear around neck. If I tuck it into my bra (to keep it from initiating a full), it causes irritation against my skin. Plus it is also pretty heavy to wear around your neck and it’s big.
