Outstanding reliability and excellent customer service!

Was changing from an automatic fall detect system to a regular push button system due to the sensitivity of the fall detect pendants. Upon arrival the new manual console would not connect to the AT&T network anywhere in my house. In order that my wife and I not be without service Lifefone service instructed me to return the "new" system and reinstall the "old" system and continue to use it with the manual pendants. Problem solved!

They respond quickly, just to have someone even if you accidentally touch your Button, is Great.

I purchased this for my Mom who is 89 and lives alone. I needed peace of mind with her living 200 miles away. I have the wrist alert which my mother wears at night. The necklace with the fall detect which we already found out works perfectly and the table unit. The response time is very quick and everything worked perfectly from the EMS having the lock box code to get into the house and the emergency contact being called at the first sign of trouble.
