Instant response to calls
While I have not had to contact LifeFone in an emergency, I have on occasion contacted them when I pushed the button on my pendant accidentally. The response has been immediate and the responder has stayed on the line with me until he or she is assured that I am not in need of assistance.

Many times I have accidentally pushed…Freedom to live alone
Many times I have accidentally pushed the “help” button and got a call immediately to see if I am hurt. Life phone is very dependable and I enjoy staying alone in my own house. If I don’t answer the phone right away, Lifephone sends professionals to see about you.

Very Satisfied Customer
My family subscribes with Lifefone for my 86 year old Mother's safety and our peace of mind. Lifefone does everything advertised at a very fair price. Everyone I have talked to at the company is friendly and very helpful. When my Mom has questions or has set her alarm button off accidently, she is always treated kindly and with respect by the reps at Lifefone. Very uncomfortable to wear around neck
Very uncomfortable to wear around neck. If I tuck it into my bra (to keep it from initiating a full), it causes irritation against my skin. Plus it is also pretty heavy to wear around your neck and it’s big.
