Response is great, peace of mind. This makes it possible for me to leave the house. Couldn't function without it. We ordered both the pendant version and the watch. The watch alert button is terrible. The button falls out of the cheap rubber watch band all the time. I've sent one back and now the replacement one is starting to fall apart. You need a better design. He can't wear the necklace button when lying down to take a nap because he sets it off when it ends up under him. Help? UPDATE: They responded IMMEDIATELY to my concern, sent me a different system at the same price with a watch that doesn't come apart. Unbelievable customer service! Love a company that cares.

I feel safe knowing I have a lifeline in case something happens to me.

Very alert have been fortunate not to have called them . But feel safe if I needed to. The bracelet alert has fell from the arm bracelet so I have to carry it on my hand

Though my mother luckily has not needed to use the emergency service, it gives us much piece of mind. Personnel come on the speaker soon when checking the system, and when my mother dropped her fall-detection sensor. They have never made mistakes with the billing, which is nice as well.
