I can not tell you how many times LifeFone saved my mom's life. Mom had low blood sugar multiple times (5-6) and was able to hit the button to get an ambulance to her to help her. My dad who lived with her has dementia and couldn't always use a phone but they practiced pushing this button and he was also able to use it to call for help a couple of times. Mom fell, and when dad couldn't help her they pushed the button again. It was the best purchase we ever made and I would highly recommend the service. It was also nice to get the emails/text message of when the battery was low so I could remind my mom that it needed to be charged up. Thank You LifeFone!!

Lifefone has given peace of mind to my 90+ parents and myself, daughter/caretaker. We know that reliable help is easily available in case of need, fall or emergency. Contact with the Lifefone staff has always been very easy, friendly and professional. My parents each have a gps pendant and the price for this level of oversight is very reasonable. I have recommended Lifefone to others in my caretakers support group.

We subscribed to LifeFone for my mother. The service they provided was excellent. There is always someone available to answer questions or concerns. The equipment is very reliable. Life Fone replaces their equipment in a regular basis, so it’s never outdated. We discontinued LifeFone because my mother moved to an assisted living facility and no longer required the extra supervision. I highly recommend LifeFone. It’s service and product are excellent. The piece of mind is worth it.

LifeFone provided a great safety net for my mother for many years allowing her to safely stay in her apartment. The LifeFone staffers that we talked with over the years were always very helpful and pleasant. They were also very encouraging about periodically running test checks to ensure that the base unit and pendant were always working properly. When my mother lost her LifeFone pendant, a replacement was received from LifeFone very quickly. We are discontinuing the LifeFone service because my mother now needs 24 hour care. I would recommend this service to my friends.

.We decided it was good to have a little piece of mine when we were not at home in case my Dad was to fall our needed emergency help this was after my mom passed he was unable to walk far and with security cameras we were abel to monitor him but for some reason he could press this button if he was to fall our if we were not here .iam Happy that we used this service its always good to have everything cover when its your love one .Thank you
