LifeFone is THE BEST From the start of getting this service for my grandmother to cancelling it now that she has full time care, I have been beyond satisfied all the way through. The products they provide are dependable. My grandmother could hear very well through the speaker, and the service was reliable going through our local cell provider. I really appreciate most their fantastic customer service. My grandmother did use the emergency services during her subscription to LifeFone, and we were beyond satisfied that the ambulance made it so quickly after being notified right away. We are so grateful for the peace of mind we got with our subscription to LIfeFone and would recommend to anyone who has loved ones who may need to call for help with just the click of a button (or even less with the fall sensor). THANK YOU LIFEFONE! You literally may have saved my grandmother's life!

Pendant failed within first 30 days of activating service. Would not expedite a replacement unless we were willing to pay for shipping. Finally received replacement unit and it's working so far.

Great service. Prompt when calling EMS. Helped my dad get the help he needed when he couldn’t get up.

The GPS enabled Fall pendant was comforting to the family for the month or so that our Mom was well enough to be alone in the house. Later we needed to be present around the clock. The service, product and especially the people were all exceptional. They promptly credited the unused portion of the three months we paid. I would recommend LifeFone to anyone needing such a service.

I found LifeFone very reliable with staff answering calls from my pendant fairly quickly. It's great call staff are in the U.S. I wish the pendants were more attractive for women, but I received mine in 2016 so maybe they've improved now.

Our family wants to thank LifeFone for years of excellent service to my elderly father. From day one, he received attentive, caring service from all customer service reps and supervisors. LifeFone answered every "false alarm" unintentionally sent to them by my father and patiently checked each one. The family members who were designated contact persons were called and treated respectfully. Equipment was continuously checked for adequate battery life and replaced when necessary. We would recommend LifeFone without hesitation

I feel I was mislead by the LifeFone agent. After ordering the service I looked into setting up the account online as live in a different city than my family member. I saw that there wasn't a clear way to set up an online account. Calling him back he admonished me, why would you want to do that; "it's a waste of time, and not very helpful, and I certainly don't need it". I Insisted it was important so he gave me a direct number to call and said talk to them, they are more knowledgable about the portal and could create a login for me, he "couldn't be bothered to learn" (his words). After the delivery our nurse filled in what forms that came with the equipment and took a picture with her phone, emailed it and also mailed the form in. I wasn't available when it was set up so I called LifeFone 3 days later to be told that the only portal login was for paying bills, nothing more. There was no portal, no way to enter information other than calling or filling an online form, no way to review entered information; and, as of our conversation they had no contact information recorded other than myself. In case of emergency they would call 911. I'm the last person that should be called as I am thousands of miles away. And 911 isn't appropriate for someone on Hospice as they need to be first called. Still the service became operational with what was incomplete and inaccurate information. And yes, the first agent was informed and asked about our situation in some detail but nothing was provided in his setup of our service, including Hospice care. He also took my email address and said I would be notified of delivery and shipping. I never got an email and when I called back we confirmed my address. She was flummoxed about why I didn't get an email and assured me that the Agent I first talked with was highly regarded, a stickler for details, thorough, and very much up-to-date. This first agent also spent a good deal of our conversation talking down fall protection telling me that Doctors are against it, only 1 in 4 customers ask for it, and in his opinion all providers of medical alerts will stop offering fall protection in a couple of years. I should have listened to my gut. This man was opinionated, a bit full of himself, and admonishing. Not a good first impression so I'm liable to cancel the service.
