The lifefone button we had was great…
The lifefone button we had was great the only reason we canceled is because my gram got one paid for through insurance. The app was great for me the caregiver can see when the battery low when the button was pushed a GPS tracker. The auto fall detection was good just my gram dropped it sometimes and it would call but that's what it's for. I would definitely recommend this service

My mom's LifeFone worked as advertised
My mom's LifeFone worked as advertised. She had a fall and she was able to get immediate assistance. The paramedics were dispatched to her location and arrived within minutes.

Thankful my mom was able to push the…
Thankful my mom was able to push the button after falling off the edge of her bed . They called immediately, she pushed it 4 times and the company called dispatch and all family members. They were able to get mom out of the house and to the ER with efficiency.

Excellent service
Excellent service - my mother had this unit for a few years and LifeFone was very helpful when she fell and needed assistance. Our family was grateful for the response and the service.

My Buddy!
I have found my LifeFone to be very useful and helpful to me. I don't go anywhere without it! I live alone and this is my Buddy to keep me safe.

overall i am grateful for this system …
overall i am grateful for this system it has helped me 3x for major falls. The only thing I would like to see improved is faster response time for picking up my distress signal - I highly recommend this to anyone with physical issues

When my wife had a serious fall
When my wife had a serious fall, I was able to push the button on my LifeFone fob. Within a few seconds, the LifeFone operator came on. I didn't have to find a phone or remember details about our address. The LifeFone folks called the ambulance and notified our family right away.
