I talked to Marty and ordered LifeFone on 12/5, it shipped the next day and arrived yesterday (12/11). It was so simple to install that my father managed it independently - no tech experience or help necessary. This afternoon he had an emergency. The fall detection went off right away, help came over the speaker immediately and he was able to communicate with them. I received a call that he had fallen and the paramedics were there two minutes later. For my family LifeFone has already lived up to the promises and came through when exactly when we needed it. Solid dependability within the first 24 hours of use. Thanks Marty!

Fall pendant does not always trigger emergency services. Seems to trigger false alarms but on 3 occasions when a fall actually did occur the fall was not detected. It would help if service worked on wifi also. Cell service in my home is spotty.

When the button is pressed, a representative engages right away to check in on the customer. One time when my mom didn't answer, the police department was sent to check in. I appreciate this level of response. One area of improvement is the battery life of the pendant. It needs to be charged almost every day, which is poor compared to the quoted 5 days.

We have relied on LifeFone for a few years now to safeguard our Mother. It's a very reliable and easy to use service. There are a number of devices from which to choose. The pendant works very well and is fairly unobtrusive. The customer service is excellent! Every interaction is with a knowledgeable and courteous representative. They are patient and kind! This service is just what we needed for peace of mind when our Mother spends time alone. Extremely satisfied and hardily recommend!

They follow my connection ,answering quickly and reacting when I need help. Once was for an Ambulance and recently they called to tell me that they were not receiving any input from my machine. I had not been aware of that , so If I had needed help , I would not have been able to contact them.LifeFone makes me feel comfortable and free to not worry much about falling or any other similar problem.

LifeFone allowed our independent-minded mother to remain in her home for ten-extra years. Finding the right company to monitor the safety of a loved one is difficult. After much research, we elected to use LifeFone and they quickly exceeded our high expectations. Their equipment is solid and dependable, and their service is responsive and reliable. But the biggest plus is their employees. Every person we dealt with over the years has been courteous and professional. Our elderly mother isn't very tech savvy but LifeFone personnel always treated her with with the utmost respect, compassion and patience.
