Life360Reviews of life360.com

Sinnlos rausgeworfenes Geld.

On August 1, 2026, I uploaded the Life360 application. I selected the 7 day trial period. On August 2, 2026 I attempted to cancel the trial period. I was unable to cancel the trial period from the the application. I contacted Life360 Support and received instructions on how to cancel the app. The instructions were for my iphone, however the instructions did not match the path to cancellation. On August 2, 2026, I went to the Chat platform. I explained that I wanted to cancel my trial period. The chat platform asked for $5 to cancel the trial period. I declined and reported it to Life360 support. They insisted that the Chat platform was not their platform and that they would not have a charge for cancelling. I have repeatedly, from August 2nd until August 10th, 2026 attempted to cancel my trial subscripton as well as any future monthly charges. Support @life360.com has not responded favorably and have not been helpful. Most responses seem AI generated. Unless you intend on actually using the application, in my opinion, don't do it. Please read their reviews for other complaints and issues with the application.

The recent update has made the app so much harder to navigate. For instance, it no longer tells you how many miles away someone is. I can't even put my finger on what the problem is with the way it is working, but it just isn't as good as it was in the beginning. It's like you tried to make it more complicated. Don't!!

Bad startled taking money out of my account

Je kunt precies zien waar de familieleden zijn maar ik ben er zo ineens uitgegooid en moest een heel nieuw account aanmaken en iedereen weer toevoegen. Lijkt me niet de bedoeling. Heel vervelend. Daarnaast krijg je heel veel meldingen op je telefoon. Zeer ongewenst.

Disgusting customer service, badly designed journeys, inept liars. I screenshotted their moronic journey and sent it to them and their "technical support" person, Michael, is still trying to insist it is me at fault. Meanwhile, he's the second person after Cristina got caught out in a blatant lie. Why do so many companies just continuously lie? The next response will be fun - tweedledumb and tweedledumber are contradicting each other, and I'm sure they will try to get out of it, but that's pretty difficult with the reading comprehension of a not particularly bright six year-old.

Use to LOVE this app but since the update if you click on a location to see route & where your kid ended up, the screen just pops off the app back to my Home Screen. It does this when I look at any 5 members of my groups location. Cannot see details like before and the home page does mot look like it did before and annoying to navigate now.
