They harvest data and don't allow users to control who is in charge of location tracking. I prefer PlaceMe Guardian which is free of social media,and advertising. Also you don't need the app to receive safety alerts by Text or Email

I have used Life 360 for 8 years. I pay a monthly subscription. What I want you all to know is please don't rely upon the information provided time or location. It's gone totally inaccurate in the last year. If you think your child is in one place at a certain time please be aware of the flaws. Support is now a chat bot. I highly recommend finding another method of sharing location details from a very concerned parent.

Extremely poor customer service. Needed assistance to log back in to my account . All you get is some AI person who can only bleat nonsense. DO NOT USE LIFE 360

Location accuracy is poor. Its entire function - and it's wrong. It adds journeys that don't exist and when three family members were in the same car on the same journey, had us in three different places, with people "stopping" off the route at random times. The phones are all new (S25 and similar) and for all other apps that use location, Google maps, what3words etc, are totally accurate. It's a Life360 problem, not a "me" problem. Not recommended.

J’ai retourné les produits, car ils ne répondent pas à mes besoins, qui non pas été reçu à l’entrepôt. On ne veux pas me donner mon crédit de 86$ car je n’ai pas utilisé un courrier avec numéro de suivi et il ne sont pas capable de vérifier la réception selon d’autres critères. Pas possible…quelle compagnie de broche à foin. D’autant plus qu’il est recommandé et non pas exigé de retourner les produits par FedEx ou autres

Life360 deed het prima, totdat ik het opnieuw moest installeren. Hun AI helpcentrum werkt niet goed, want, het wachtwoord resetfunctie werkt niet, de AI verwijst naar hyperlinks die het niet doen, een SMS naar +31 wordt niet verstuurd, het herstellen door je telefoonnummer in te voeren kan niet want Nederland staat niet in het rijtje. Het opschoon programma's werkt niet. Ongeveer 25x van alles geprobeerd, maar niets werkt.
