Great chair and great accessories

LiberNovo takes care of their people. Their customer service is top notch! Yes we are customers, but they treat us like family. If a problem arises, they always do what is necessary and they go above and beyond to rectify the issue quickly. So glad to be part of the family. The LiberNovo Omni is an extra part of my body that I didn't know I needed until I received that very large box and set it up. Thrilled to own the Omni. It is the perfect chair for gaming and/or business. If you are on the fence about the Omni, i highly recommend to get one. You won't be sorry. I use mine every day and thoroughly enjoy it.

Good chair but has its flaws. The biggest flaw is there is not seat depth adjustment. Even with the larger seat depth option, the back pad extends so much that the seat depth becomes very short

Ich kann die negativen Meldungen nicht verstehen. Bei mir kamen termingerecht zuerst die Fußstütze und einige Tage später der Stuhl. Super verpackt, leicht zum Zusammenbauen und sehr funktional einfach gehalten. Die Sitzfläche passt bestens - bin 184 cm groß und wiege 84 kg. Der Rückenteil ist super, lässt sich perfekt mit dem Motor einstellen. Die verschiedenen Sitzpositionen funktionieren super einfach: Die 160 Grad Position ist perfekt und entlastet meine Wirbelsäule, nach 5 Minuten in dieser Position sind meine Bandscheiben (habe manchmals Ischias-Schmerzen, mit dem Stuhl bisher noch nicht) wieder fit. Der Stuhl knarrt nicht und der Stoffbezug ist hochwertig. Auch lassen sich bei Bedarf später Teile (auch der Motor) austauschen. Ich habe das kühlende Gel-Kissen gleich dazu bestellt - dieses ist zu Beginn beim Sitzen fast schon zu kühl. Die Fußstütze sollte dazu bestellt werden, gerade für die hinteren Positionen beim Sitzen. Ja, die Armlehnen verschieben sich leicht nach vorne oder hinten, was mich aber überhaupt nicht stört, da das zur Funktionsweise des Stuhls gehört, da ich die Lehnen je nach Neigung nach hinten gleich mit verschieben kann - damit können meine Arme immer auf dem der Lehne liegen - das ist daher kein Konstruktionsfehler sondern eine bewusste Maßnahmen zur schnellen Anpassung der Lehnen bei dem Wechsel der Neigungen.

In most part the chair met my expectations. There are three issues that I feel need to implement, ordered a large chair: 1. I am 6’ - 2” with 23” from the back of my bent knee to my back ( at wall ). Seat pan from seat back to seat front is 19”. Need deeper seat pan. 2. Seat back tilt should have a stop from full upright to first tilt stop and seat pan should tilt with back, tend to slide out of seat otherwise. Other wise I enjoy using the chair for more than eight hours a day.

I literally work 40 hours a week in this chair and then spend probably just as much time gaming. Had it for a couple months now. I've literally never had a more comfortable chair in my life. To be fair I'm 6' 130lbs, on the tall skinny side. I had super awful back pains from other popular chairs that just wrecked me. This chair has completely eliminated it. Can't say enough good things about the chair. Worth every penny in my opinion.
