I orded that shoes form them back in May however the shoe did not fit and I contacted the company and agreed to refund 40% from sale of the shoes. I saw that Lian Footwear charged me $39.99 membership which I did not sign up for and I contacted them back in May to get membership cancell and Lian Footwear agreed to cancel. However I went back to may CC statement and I saw they still deducted my membership from June, July and August whic I did not sign up for. Not only I did not ger 40% refund from them. they charged me membership whcich I did not sign up for. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

DO NOT BUY HERE!! Nothing is as advertised. The shoes dont look like they are on the pictures, they are NOT orthopedic and are not true to its size. Returns are very complicated and difficult since they are not in USA. You are sending this crap overseas and you'll end up paying more for shipping than this BS is worh. This is a SCAM. I will be reporting this to BBB, companies like this should not be advertised here! Reply to your message I did contact your support email and i was told they can only refund me if i send the shoes somewhere in Norway to return. Shipping itself would cost me more then shoes did! You guys are such a scammers, you know people will not send it back due to high cost. Im not even going to comment the poor quality and false advertising of the shoes but the charge is high like you're buying real Converse. People need to know and be aware of this scam and what you do!

Well, I give you 5 stars because I like the item that I bought, but unfortunately the item that I brought was too small, so I give them to a friend.

Beware! I thought I had checked the reviews of this company before ordering, but I can see now that I did not. Had I done so, I would not have ordered from this company. I ordered two pairs of their orthopedic shoes in size 10. I ordered a black pair and a brown pair. What I received is two pair of white shoes. I KNOW I did not order white, but when I went back to view my order confirmation, it shows 2 pair of white shoes AND a monthly shoe subscription for $40 per month. I believe they received my original order and then just modified it to fit their needs. The shoes themselves were of poor quality and were way too small. There was no indication of a size on the shoe itself other than a tiny sticker on the back of one heel that read “43”, which, according to their website equals size 9.5-10. There was no packing slip or return information inside. There was a QR code on the plastic bag the shoes were in, but the results of the code state the code is ambiguous and needs more information. So, I guess I’m stuck with two pairs of sub-quality shoes in the wrong size and wrong color.

Wish I could leave no stars! Sent the wrong size then offered me a 50 percent refund to keep the shoes! They don’t fit! Why would I keep them? Then for a refund I can ship them back at my cost?! They also signed me up for an unauthorized 39.99 membership fee to be billed monthly! WTH! Scam! Scam Scam! Basically they send the wrong size and it is your responsibility to fix it, all the while signing up for a monthly charge to buy more shoes?! Response to their response: Are you kidding me?! People read the reviews!! I have exchanged no less the 15 emails with your company! No resolution! I got an email this morning at 5:00 am welcoming me to the VIP program that I did not authorize charging me 39.99 a month. I am letting my credit card company figure it out and reporting you! You should be a shamed of yourself! I

If I could give it 1/2 star I would. Don't buy!!! Run around, VIP membership is snuck in to give you monthly charges for this awful product. Getting a straight answer to how to cancel the "membership" is a lie telling you there is a special portal. BS!!! Partial 20% refund if you keep the shoes or pay $20 or more to return it to probably a false made up address and they will never receive the product.

I saw these shoes on Facebook and thought they were really nice looking and then saw they were orthopedic shoes. I’ve been looking for just that and was excited about finding some that were fun looking and kinda sporty. I received my shoes a couple of days ago and absolutely love them. I bought two pairs, black and the brown. I’ve already worn them and am very satisfied. When I order another pair I will go a half size smaller. It did take a couple of weeks to get them but worth the wait.
