I am providing an update to my initial review on my customer service experience with Lian. I am pleased to report that someone in a decision-making capacity reached out to meet after reviewing my extensive email volley and resolved my membership charge. If you choose to make a purchase after reading the reviews, read ALL the conditions of sale - deny recurring membership if it’s a one-time purchase, size-up a half size from your normal shoe-size, and be persistent in following up with them if you have an issue right away.

The parcel was packed properly and the shoes arrived in good condition. No complaints with the ordering process.

The size guide worked well for me. I ordered based on the measurements rather than my usual size and the fit was just right.

Well, I have to be completely honest. This is my first time ordering these shoes. I just literally got them today at 6:57 PM and the thing that I noticed with them first of all, they’re very late. I try them on so far they’re very comfortable. I haven’t worn them anywhere as yet I like the color. The tan is very nice. The black is very nice. I love the shape. The material is quality. I love the heel very soft that’s how far I’ve gotten, I am a nurse and I will wear them to work tomorrow, which is Saturday so I will give a better review but so far that’s all I got because I literally just got them and that’s my honest opinion

The weight of the shoes was light that I loved. however,they are not true to size. I wear a 9 and were to short..The delivery service was to long. It took 30 days. I had to give them away because they were short. I don't recall you telling me to go up a size. Money wasted.

I love the way these shoes look….Classic, but with a nice height boost compared to traditional sneakers. Shipping updates by email helped me track the order so I knew when to expect them. The only reason I’m not giving them 5-stars is that they don’t offer as much arch support as I expected. (Granted, I only wear shoes with extra arch support instead of standard footwear, so I’m quite particular.) This was easily remedied with some slip-in arch support inserts, so now they’re perfect. These shoes are cute for casual occasions when you want something more appealing than boring old tennis shoes. I’m sure I’ll be getting more!
