SCAM. I ordered these shoes directly from the website for a trip to Europe because of the amount of walking expected. They arrived after multiple "tracking emails" in a plastic bag (not a box) and are not as pictured. The quality of the materials is cheap, very firm insole (no way I could walk 8 minutes much less 8 hrs), and are absolutely not comfortable. Although they have a money back guarantee, you are only offered 20% back and you have to pay shipping charges. Additionally, although I specifically opted out of the "VIP" membership, I was subscribed and charged an additional $40. Either the positive reviews are fake or these are a knockoff of a good product. Don't waste time or money on these poorly/cheaply made shoes.

My first order with the store went smoothly. The shoes arrived in the size I ordered, were packed neatly and looked like the photos online.

I wanted shoes that I could wear while taking my children to activities and then continue wearing while running errands afterwards. These are comfortable enough for the whole day and don't feel too sporty.

If I could give a zero score, I would. After two weeks of ordering, they arrived in a plastic bag. No proper packaging or paperwork to initiate a return. These shoes are so poorly made! They are absolutely not orthopedic. They are not true to size. There is no way to return them. And I was charged 39.99 today for a VIP membership that I did not agree to or order. This whole thing is a complete scam!!!!! Do not buy!!!!!

I often walk to meet friends instead of driving, so comfortable shoes matter to me. This pair has been great for those twenty or thirty minute walks and still looks nice enough when I arrive.

I am providing an update to my initial review on my customer service experience with Lian. I am pleased to report that someone in a decision-making capacity reached out to meet after reviewing my extensive email volley and resolved my membership charge. If you choose to make a purchase after reading the reviews, read ALL the conditions of sale - deny recurring membership if it’s a one-time purchase, size-up a half size from your normal shoe-size, and be persistent in following up with them if you have an issue right away.

Please be cautious of dealing with this company. They never want to give you a refund for items even if not worn. They also have a product that is not quality. Please be mindful They have low ratings for a reason

Worst customer service ever! Charged for a VIP membership that I never authorized. After 6 emails and the run around from them, I needed to get my bank involved for fraud who will also be on the lookout for further charges. With all these issues and bad reviews, maybe some sort of class action suit could be filed against them. Awful experience
