( step is Dutch for Moped ) ** Very very untrustworthy ** First ride was on a bike while the gaslever didn’t sprung back to stop, no other bikes available, so i had to use that unsafe bike. Second ride broke down because of a flat battery. So you have to find another moped ( the other brands like Tier seem to supply Berlin much better ) and then continue the ride, with yet another starting fee. Complaining at Custumer Service that you CONTINUED your ride and not started a new one with new starting fee, seemed useless ( after they “ reviewed the proof “…….) Last ride I started a group again with my son and 2 mopeds. Again a battery died. I stopped the ride ( being the host ) but was unable to start a new ride with another ( finaly found ) moped “ because I was still in a group ride…..” All in all, i had to stop the entire group ride, and start another group ride, again by being charged 2 starting fees. Customer service person 1 Sulyma T. wants to compensate but needs your account details, after supplying those to person 2 Thelma P. she “ reviews the details “ and gives you the middle finger. All costs are charged from your Lime account or credit card. ** All in all not trustworthy and a total lack of Customer Satifaction Guaranted . A very expensive firm to use when you want to be all hip-and-happening in Berlin ** ( after my posted review ? ….. ) i had a second contact with Tatiana, and my entire 2nd ride was refunded for €25 so I changed the rating, title and edited ** the text a little bit. Rides quickly add up. Better to decide to take a 24 hour rent for € 9,99. Which today we are going to do. Tnx to Sulima

Ich habe Lime eigentlich immer gerne genutzt und hatte deshalb auch das Abo von 5,99€/Monat, das ich den Entsperreuro spare. Vorher 1€ Entsperren und 20cent/min. Jetzt wird es einfach geändert in Erste 2min 1€ und 27cent/min. Trotzdem wird mein Abo nicht beenden sondern einfach nach Laune geändert. Eine Information dafür gab es nicht! Man sagte mir plötzlich am Telefon ich habe ja dafür Prozente bekommen und eine Rückerstattung von den 5,99% wäre nicht möglich, da ich schon für zwei Fahrten Prozente erhalten hätte! DAS ABO WIRD EINFACH GEÄNDERT! Erst beim zweiten Nutzen zufällig gesehen. Vorher also im alten Abo 2€ gespart für zwei Fahrten und jetzt nur 0,83cent. BETRUG!!!

Warum wird eigentlich von leeren/unbenützbaren Rollern der Standort angezeigt?! Letzte Fahrt/en eine Katastrophe! Gleich mehrfach leeren Roller angeboten bekommen. Bremsen fertig/Motorgeräusch wie bei einem fertigen LKW! Auch das auf der App keine „sichtbare“ Anschreibmöglichkeit vorhanden ist sagt was aus..,

Hat mir das Geld doppelt abgezogen. 1sdt 25 € . Gleich die App gelöscht. Nie wieder . Betrüger Pack ...

Zero customer service awareness. It happens so frequently that the brakes are bad and the scooter doesn’t work properly. I got charged for nothing many times. I will never use them again.

Stehen überall in der Gegend rum werden umgeworfen liegen gelassen dies bereitet vor allem alten Menschen und Rollstuhlfahrern Probleme. Und ein Nutzer des Dienstes fand es richtig, den Scooter direkt vor einem Parkplatz zu parken.

Habe mich vor Wochen im Urlaub bei Lime angemeldet und einen Scooter benutzt. Dieser wurde korrekt abgerehnet. Jetzt bucht mir LIME 5.99 € von meinem Konto ab obwohl ich seither nichts mehr genutzt haben. Kundensupport oder Rückfragemöglichkeiten Kontokündigung, Reklamation bei LIME - Fehlanzeige gibts nicht geht nicht. Das ist massiver Betrug. Habe die Buchung beim Kreditkarten Institut reklamiert (ist auch nix einfaches) mal sehen was passiert.

It is disgraceful that Lime Scooters are able to operate in the inner city at most times of the day but especially late at night. There is such a high risk for a young persons, especially if they’ve had a drink or two and riding a scooter later in the evening. Yes, they should know not to ride, but they’re young and inexperienced. There is so much traffic, obstacles on pathways and chances to come off the scooter with a major injury. Not only has my son had to go under surgery to repair a terrible injury (yes - helmet was being worn) but several mates have mentioned the number of injuries their sons, daughters and adult friends have endured when making the poor decision to grab a Lime Scooter at any point in time. I understand business and someone’s desire to make a go of it with scooter hire, but for God’s sake, please at least restrict usage from 10.00pm at night or earlier. I really don’t know how this business can make money. I see helmets in creeks, busted up, scooters lying everywhere, across driveways (also in creeks). You cannot manage your scooters to any suitable level and we should all be against the existence of this business I am sorry to say. My child nearly died. Is that acceptable to anyone including the owners of the business.
